I wish everything is as easy as getting Fat !!!!

I was on vacation. Had a GREAT time, ate till I drop. I over did it. Pictures don't lie!  I look quite different from day one , by the time I came home on day 8 I'm like ....woh.... who is this 'chubby cheeks'?

When my colleagues saw me, they were like : Wow, you put on weight!!!!

Why are people so blunt ? Joyce (colleague) slipped me some panbesy after the flight. According to her, 4 days of panbesy should do the trick! Wonder if she has panbesy in her bag all the time. She quickly left, before I could ask her.

Bump into Juno & he go " wow didn't see you in a while & you grew bigger" . I forgave him, he's my buddy. I often say the same things to him anyways. Now he has a chance to mimic me ... We went for lunch after & ordered salad. Both of us need to shed some weight. I gave him half the supply of panbesy Joyce gave me ....lol... He thank me by paying for lunch!

Now I'm down to 2 panbesy. Have to ask Joyce for more ... texted her.
Will have to swing by her place tomorrow to get my supply of panbesy!

panbesy my life saver !

How to apply BB cream? Do you need to apply powder after BB cream ?

I am surprise, people ask me these 2 questions all the time.
Well you could goggle the answer & almost every site will tell you Yes & No.

Rule of the thumb, for dry skin you do not need to apply powder after ,as you might get the caked effect. But if you have oily skin, just pad a little at the right places.

I use this :))
Whether you’re wearing BB under foundation or on its own, the application technique should still be the same. Start with a little & build it up from there. You don't want the caked effect. Apply a small amount to the face using a gentle patting motion. This allows you to blend the cream into the skin for even coverage. Apply a thin layer and wait a few seconds for it to absorb into the skin, then add another layer if necessary.

If you are using BB cream as a base then the next step is to apply foundation. This should be applied in the same way – but remember you already have some coverage from the cream so you only need a little more foundation that's all. For a more lasting hold, you may apply powder at the final stage. This will reduce the shiny effect of BB cream and fix it in place.

I do suggest you, go experiment with a few brands. You'll find one that suits you & stick to it :)

Fashionably Late?

What do you think of people who are "fashionably late" all the time?  You probably know at least one of them I'm sure. I do & it drives the rest of us crazy.

Waiting for such a person is frustrating for those of us who are always on time. Not sure if it's our disciple or the job. My job entails us to be on time. The plane is not going to wait for you. In my whole career, I've not seen anyone being late for our flight briefing. You just have to come early & wait for the right time & attend the briefing. That's part of the job. It has a spill over effect on all other aspects of my life.

I'm always either on time or early for dates or outings with friends. It's almost like a kind of respect. Why must you make your friends wait? Would you want them to make you wait as well?Last weekend I was in town, so arrange for a gathering with some friends whom I've not seen for a long time. The culprit as usual turn up "fashionably late" as she calls it. She waltz in like a diva & we go 'wow' as she also tug along a new "eye candy" ..lol... very handsome new boy friend. We goggle at him for a bit & all is forgiven again ...LOL...

I love Bobbie the Bear from Bridestowe Estate Tasmania

I’m not someone who brag BUT guess what my bf got for me last Christmas? Yes guys, it’s Bobbie the Bear from Tasmania. The thoughtful guy actually got one of his buddies to buy it for me when they went on vacation there, after knowing that I ‘like it’. Well he overheard me & some friends talking about the craze that has been going on.

Here’s the bear’s history :
The owners of Bridestowe Estate Tasmania created Bobbie the Bear as a fluffy solution to the excess of dried lavender they had lying around, and now the after-thought has turned into an international smash hit.
Chinese model Zhang Xinyu triggered the Bobbie the Bear craze after posting an image with the bear on social media in 2013. She wrote that the fluffy toy, which becomes a heat pack when microwaved, was a great bedtime companion. Actresses Sun Li and Fan Bingbing followed suit, sharing pictures with millions of followers.
It is an incredible turnaround for Bridestowe Estate which was close to closure several years ago. "The amount of folklore this is creating is just phenomenal," Mr Ravens the owner of  Bridestowe said. "Every day brings a new adventure and we're knee-deep in an international phenomenon. "We are still thinking about and wondering how it all happened."
In the year since Xinyu posted a photo of herself cuddling the bear, 65,000 visitors have flocked to the lavender farm to buy the fluffy toys.
This is one of the BEST Christmas gifts I ever have !!!
