Mindfulness: that's how we cope with our modern lives.

I attended a course recently & it’s really helping me cope with a super busy life. What they suggest is :
1) Cut down on what you are doing. What’s the point of doing a list of pointless thing? You get extremely exhausted with nothing to show for. It also take time away from your more important things.

2)Don’t multi-task, do things one at a time. E.g. eat slowly & don’t sms while doing that. I bet you’ll soon lose weight :)

3)Don’t go from one thing to another without a break. Give yourself a break ,look out of the window, stare at the sky & have a cup of tea. You’ll feel better & less exhausted, you’ll even think better.

4)Meditate daily. If you are not into that, do a short daily exercise.

5) Schedule time away from your cell or pc. Some people even bring their cell to the toilet, that’s how connected we’ve become, & that’s not good! You need your space!

6)It’s good to keep a journal. It gives you time to reflect on your day also to note down some meaningful moments.

7) Hang out with other mindful people. That’s most important. Remember birds of a feather flock together.

  1. Just checking, do people normally do 6 jabs? After that what happens? Need to go back? And how much does it cost?

    1. Many of my friends get the package as it brings the cost down . There are some people who are sharing the package as well, just to try try. The package is $1000- for 6 jabs. I'm not sure abt everyone but I assume people do continue to maintain if they have the budget, as it's really great for the skin:). Well at least people I know do maintain
