What are the kind of girls the airlines are looking for?

People often ask me what are the kind of girls the airlines are looking for? That's besides the obvious height, looks, basic education, etc... Truth is I seriously don't know.

Take a look at myself, I'm one of those people for whom prolonged inactivity is the worst thing that can possibly happen, with the possible exception of the earth colliding with a very large asteroid. I always know my limitations. I could stick 10 mins of doing nothing, if I absolutely had to. After about 11 mins, I start touching my chin or rubbing the palm of my hand with my thumb. 13 mins and the most luxuriously comfortable chair or first class seat ever made will feel like a medieval torture chamber. 14 mins, & I'd be squirming in the chair, getting up, walking up & down looking for things to fix or clean. 15 mins; unless there is something productive I could do , like count the number of bricks on the wall or seats in the plane, I'll be ready to kill someone!

Many of my colleagues love working with me, as I'm on the go all the time. I just need to be doing something. Maybe the airline hiring team saw that in me long ago ...lol... To be sure, if you want to be in the airline, you shouldn't be the slacker kind as there's much to be done on board:)

In love with Copenhagen

I've decided to bring my parents to Europe this year. They were kinda worry due to the recent bombings that's going on around that region. But ... Europe is just too darn charming. To set their mind at peace, I've chosen Copenhagen. My parents were relief & pleased, (1) they have not been there & (2) Scandinavian anything just somehow sound cleaner & safer:)

When we got there, my parents loved the place. Everyone we met smiled, were just so helpful & pleasant. The architecture is spectacular, love the Scandinavian simplistic style. My mum loved the food.  Most restaurants we visited use locally, seasonal ingredients that are fresh and delicious. We ate at different restaurants for every meal, recommended by friendly strangers. All were excellent.

Outside Copenhagen was much the same. The towns are pretty, and clean, the people who live there are as agreeable and amiable to those we’d met in the capital. We traveled by trains, which ran on time to within a minute, were regular, and spotlessly clean. Excellent transport system.
Leaving aside the good looks of the city, its charming population, and the exceptionally good cuisine, I came away with a feeling that here was a place, and probably a country, where the well being of its citizens and the efficiency of the public services are the main priority. If I’m correct, and that’s the prime concern of the government, then it’s worked, and has rubbed off on everything else, making the city a pleasing place to visit, or live.
My mum is totally in love with the place now. She'll be back, she warned ... lol..
Charming right????

Can lemons suppress inflammation?

I have this colleague who loves to eat those lemon slices on board. Yes, initially when I first witness it , I don't know what to make of it. Doesn't the sourish taste bothers him? Thought he was one of those super weirdos, we do have some of them around ...lol... they do add color to our otherwise boring lives:))

Very curious, I ask him, why? Does he eat grapefruits too :) ?? Apparently he does. Reason : he had some problem with his kidneys & a passenger told him to try that. Something in these sourish fruits is good & could suppress inflammation in the kidneys. Fast forward 6 months later, his condition really improves, from that day on, he has been a lemon lover .....lol...
Well, you can try it too:))
And remember to come back to review please :))

Valentine's this year- Tiffany T collection:)

I was hoping for this, for Valentine's Gift this year. Yes the whole series of the Tiffany T collection bracelets, I'm mad about bracelets. The pic features 4 bracelets. For me, 3 bracelets together would be enough ....lol...  A lonely bracelet just wont.
But instead I got this
Tiffany T ring in 18k gold
and this
Tiffany T smile pendant/necklace
Hmmm..... I told my girl friends what I thought & they think I'm too ungrateful. Besides who buys 3 bracelets in a row? That's funny, why not ? Anyway, it's still super sweet I guess. Yes bf can be real sweet.

Tongue Piercings???? "What the Hell happened to You?"

I had dinner with a couple of friends the other day. One of them brought along a new boy friend. His face looks normal, but he dressed like those K-pop Boy-band members. All of us (with the exception of his girl friend) can't help but stared at him. OK, usually we are very gracious people, but he's seriously "loud" as in his whole appearance, his clothes, the purplish hair, the pierced tongue! And he's 32 already ( I have to ask the age after seeing him, I usually don't do that ...lol..)

I can't help but stared at that tongue piercing.. ouch!!! I've never seen anything like that close-up & he's talking, so one just cant help but stared- wonder if it hurts. Or what happens if he eats? Wonder what he does for a living. Wonder what my friend sees in him? Wonder if there are anymore piercings else where, I wont rule that out.....lol... He just triggers non-stop speculations.

Ok this is not him, but his looks like this...ouch ...
Apparently I'm not the only one.  After that dinner, where we all "try" to act as if we dine with K-pop personals everyday, we went nuts!!! My friend & K-pop left early as they wanted to catch a movie (hmmm.... a pretty normal activity, I was expecting something out of the ordinary, something with more grit  ..lol...). The rest of us stayed till very late , trying to processed what just happened !
OMG.. we all agreed that she should at least give us a heads-up & warn us of this. Frankly, we are not against him or his tongue piercing, but he's dating my friend. We just can't comprehend this unusual pairing. She's more of the conservative kind, in the past at least. After seeing this, we have to reassess how well we know her :))
We decided to meet up again VERY SOON just to access the 'new' situation ....lol...

Meanwhile my friend did sms me ,after & ask what we think of her new guy? "Far-out" isn't he, she asked ? And I reply, "indeed he is " - I should have replied "What the Hell happened to you?"

I wish everything is as easy as getting Fat !!!!

I was on vacation. Had a GREAT time, ate till I drop. I over did it. Pictures don't lie!  I look quite different from day one , by the time I came home on day 8 I'm like ....woh.... who is this 'chubby cheeks'?

When my colleagues saw me, they were like : Wow, you put on weight!!!!

Why are people so blunt ? Joyce (colleague) slipped me some panbesy after the flight. According to her, 4 days of panbesy should do the trick! Wonder if she has panbesy in her bag all the time. She quickly left, before I could ask her.

Bump into Juno & he go " wow didn't see you in a while & you grew bigger" . I forgave him, he's my buddy. I often say the same things to him anyways. Now he has a chance to mimic me ... We went for lunch after & ordered salad. Both of us need to shed some weight. I gave him half the supply of panbesy Joyce gave me ....lol... He thank me by paying for lunch!

Now I'm down to 2 panbesy. Have to ask Joyce for more ... texted her.
Will have to swing by her place tomorrow to get my supply of panbesy!

panbesy my life saver !

How to apply BB cream? Do you need to apply powder after BB cream ?

I am surprise, people ask me these 2 questions all the time.
Well you could goggle the answer & almost every site will tell you Yes & No.

Rule of the thumb, for dry skin you do not need to apply powder after ,as you might get the caked effect. But if you have oily skin, just pad a little at the right places.

I use this :))
Whether you’re wearing BB under foundation or on its own, the application technique should still be the same. Start with a little & build it up from there. You don't want the caked effect. Apply a small amount to the face using a gentle patting motion. This allows you to blend the cream into the skin for even coverage. Apply a thin layer and wait a few seconds for it to absorb into the skin, then add another layer if necessary.

If you are using BB cream as a base then the next step is to apply foundation. This should be applied in the same way – but remember you already have some coverage from the cream so you only need a little more foundation that's all. For a more lasting hold, you may apply powder at the final stage. This will reduce the shiny effect of BB cream and fix it in place.

I do suggest you, go experiment with a few brands. You'll find one that suits you & stick to it :)
